What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available until you approve your design proof.  After you have approved the design of the Save the Date cards, all sales are final.


Are envelopes included?
No, envelopes are not included at this time.


What size are the magnets and postcards?
Small magnets are the size of a standard business card (3 1/2” x 2”).
Large magents are 4" x 6".
The standard postcards are 4” x 6”.
The oversized postcards are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2". Please note that oversized postcards require extra postage to send.

How long does it take to receive my Save the Date cards?
You will receive an email requesting that you view and approve your proof within one week of your order. After you approve the design, please allow 2-3 weeks for your cards to be completed and delivered.


Can I receive a printed proof of my design?
Currently, only online proofs are available. Once your design is completed, you will receive an email directing you to an online proof.  At this time, you may request any changes or adjustments.


What if I want to make changes to my design?
You are free to make any changes to your design until you approve it.  To request changes, please fill out the contact form and include your order number and a description of the requested changes.  After you have approved the design, changes can no longer be made.


How do I know when my order is ready?
Within one week of your order, you will receive and email notifying you that your design has been completed and directing you to your online proof. You may log into your account at any time to check on the current status of your order.


What if I want to use my own image in the background?
To use your own image as the background or to use multiple photos on one card, please send an email including the image and your order number to SaveTheDate@NewAvenueDesign.com.  Also, please indicate in the details section of your order that you will be sending an additional image.


Will my design look like the image that is on the screen when I order it?
No, the image that is displayed on the screen is just an example and a way to collect all the specific details for your design.  After you submit your order, the design is refined and personalized for you.
